Well, this guy was drunk and was probably dead before he knew it so I'd say he had it better than Sammy slightly. But Sammy was crazy (same as drunk) so he might not of known what was going on at all. Tough call.

I wonder if cops play rock/paper/scissors to decide who gets to do the take down....


Alberta cops tasered a guy to death and in a different incident shot dead another guy and wounded one during a possible dui pullover.
