ok, my work is already fucking me around as it is... but whatever...

so i get up early all ready to work because i wonly work like 2 shifts a week as it is...

to go in, to find out the schedule had been changed and i LOST MY SHIFT! i was already in work thursdy night to double check the schedule, it wasn't changed then... but by saturday morning it is?! that pisses me off!

i've been working the same 2 shifts for almost 3 months now... i've come to expect that they don't change unless i request a day off. so going into work today, having gotten up early and expecting to work-- and finding out not only do i not work but some other girl is coming in at 2? like where the hell is my shift? if they wanted to bring someone in later than earlier on in the morning, WHY NOT ME?! i've worked saturday and sunday afternoons forEVER now!! why change it now??

i know i don't kiss ass, and i get pushed around but FUCK MAN! seriously...

GRrrrrr...

i only have one shift next week because i took a girls shift wednesday night- so she took my next saturday... fine... that's ok... but when you have TWO JOBS and only work MAX 4 shifts a week- when you lose one it's rather irritating.

i just wanted to vent

they can't exactly change your shift like that and not tell you. if they tell you to come in for work, don't they have to pay you for at least 3 hours of work? i would ask them to pay you for that shift.

yes but they're saying that my schedule was changed, and i shouldv'e looked before coming in.

but honestly- if i was in thursday and it wasn't changed... why would i check friday? plus i've just come to expect my shifts don't change-- they haven't for 3 months!

i can't wait to get the fuck outta' here.

moreso this area, than my actual job. but the combination of the two, is really, really getting to me. i'm in wallaceburg btw.(remember narissa, there are worse places then sarnia)

in life overall it's not finding women that is a problem, it's finding women who aren't complete fuckin crazy that poses a challenge. maybe sausage parties are the way to go; us guys would save a lot of money and headaches.

What frustrates me about my job is that it's totally up to me to get work done. I'm a freelance portrait artists, so it's up to me to get to work and finish the drawing so I can get paid. This can be hard for me.. cuz I'm not very motivated to copy a picture with coloured pencils exactly.. it's boring and easy.

I could be making so much more money if I would just get off my ass and work more.

but my teaching job is perfect.. I love it!
