YAY!!! Just finished the first three books in the Vampire Chronicles!!!

I read Vampire Lestat a looong time ago... but
never really got into it....

but now, i'm on Tales of a Body Thief and
then Mnemnoch The Devil... I'm eXcited!


this is particularly good seeing as for the past 7 years
or so, if it wasn't software manuals or school books, I
wouldn't have read it....

I've read most of the vampire chronicles as well.their great. My fav was queen of the damned. I've been stuck on armand for a while now though.

i'm anxious to get to The Vampire Armand... b-c there
are some contradictions about him that I attribute
to "matters of opinion" since most of the texts are
writ in 1st person...


also, in the beginning of The Vampire Lestat,
Lestat talks about "one day" recanting the series
of events (apparently after Interview with a
Vampire) when Lestat chose to go underground
again ... was that story ever written?


and as gay as those books are, no wonder her son
is ga-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-y.

there is nothing about him going underground written yet. i'm not sure if rice is going to do anything else involving lestat since "blood and gold" made almost no mention of him.

nope, you just have to be really strong. the strength gained from centuries of drinking blood or after healing yourself. armand can fly and he never drank from akasha.
