where do i find the model of it?

Manufacture date is 2010-1-25, and i havent used it pretty much at all in the last 1.25 years.

and in the year i had it before that i was playing my PS3 about the same amount as the console so its not had much play time on it at all, and the guy that had it before me had not used it since it didnt come with a HD.
