Hey guys, i'm heading to Germany on vacation next Friday and figured it'd be a good time to replace my tired old Gio. Looking for pretty much any 3G UMTS phone i can chuck a prepaid SIM in over there so i can hit Google Maps, Facebook etc. Galaxy S2 9100 is tempting because it's small(ish) and light, but i'd consider pretty much anything unlocked with the right bands. Yes it works on Wind... Wow kijiji is over priced or they hold their value. Case , box, charger. $125

They're Nexus devices, so yeah they hold their value quite well as you don't have to worry as much about updates as you do with non-Nexus devices.
Except the Nexus One. Poor little Nexus One.

ah my HTC Nexus One, how i loved thee. had a little charging dock, extra battery, it was a great little device.

Wtf! Hijacked! That'll teach me for staying up all night at the pub on a school night. Cheers for the iPhone offer, kyfe, but i finally became an Android nerd a few weeks ago when i decided to put ICS on my old phone to see if it would help the battery life. It didn't, but i have spent almost every night since fucking around with launchers and typing UNIX commands on a 3.2" touchscreen and shaking my head at how much crap they allow on the app store. It's almost like being at work. How could i give that up?

I'm probably just gonna grab an overpriced S2 sometime next week. I can't believe they're holding up so good (there's a few LTEs going for less than the international band ones since the S4 came out). I guess they'll be collectibles when all the other Androids end up the size of Motorola bricks.

Sorry dude, ordered an S2 on eBay last weekend and subsequently spent another weekend setting it up. I've come to the conclusion that the best apps are made by obscure Japanese guys. I now have the sexiest, blackest phone in Canada. It's so black i can't even unlock it half the time. Might need to turn on the unlock dots before i take it out drinking.
