Ok, this is the last time I'm going to say this.

I never have, nor will I ever say that you shouldn't eat any fat. I'm saying that you probably wanna cut it back.

I'm not advocating any weird assed no fat diet. I eat whatever I want whenever I want (with the obvious exception of meat) and through that simple change in my diet, am able to keep my fat intake way down.

That's not difficult to understand is it?

Anywho, you're obviously just playa hating on me cause I'm beautiful.

If you wanna argue it further, I'll grease my big old, long assed, lean body up and rub my low fat vegitarian frame all over your little nancy boy face.

Ok, question for the people who know their stuff:

How in the blue hell do I gain more weight?

I'm going to the gym 3 or 4 times per week for weights. I've been doing this since August probably and I've been able to gain about 7 or 8 lbs. up until about mid December. I hit a wall it seemed so I started on weigh (spelled wrong) protein shakes every day that I work out, sometimes twice a day.

But I can't get past 190. Occasioanlly I'll get 1 or 2 pounds over, but my weight fluctuates and I can't get it to go above 190 consistently. I've also been consciously trying to eat more, mostly fruits and veggies, but some carbs and good proteins like tuna and chicken.

you have to eat more calories.
and it's the same idea as losing weight, too much at a time can really hurt your body's system.

whey protein isn't as much a good source of calories as it is a good source of protein.

i have never tried to gain weight, as i am in a struggle to lose it

weight gainers can be a good start, they'll up your caloric intake.

quick! someone make fully consensual non-violent love to him with bananas and artichokes that have not been deep fried in animal fat, and maybe he'll come round.

Actually, I did say that.

For those of you (no names here, no names) who need to get overly pedantic about everything because their genitals are rather small, I'll qualify my statement a little more.

Over 25% of your calories comming from fat = bad.

Happy, fruitypants?
