Windoze - long load time with NEW menu

When right-clicking with the mouse, it takes 4 seconds to load the NEW menu.

Does anyone know why this is, and how to make it faster?

Would it have something to do with my registry having too many entries in a certain section?

Too much work though, 4 seconds isn't thaaat long.
