Why I hate MSN Messenger

MSN Messenger, the clean, simple alternative to ICQ. Not so simple when you can't frikkin connect!!!!!

I've been trying all day with no luck! Worked fine yesterday, and the day before.

Sometimes in the past, I was not able to connect, but after about 20 minutes, I was back on.

WHY OH WHY DOES IT NOT WORK TODAY!!

Anyone know of any possible solutions to this problem of me not getting on MSN?

That's why I have AIM, ICQ, and YM for triple redundancy. Ok, I'm just a geek.

if its their servers that are down then there's nothing you can do about that. if you hate the adware from microsoft or icq, you can use open source alternatives such as miranda icq (which I think has an msn plugin) or trillian, which integrates all the messaging networks into one program (icq, msn, aim, etc.).
