Honestly, aside from various media scandals I rarely see the face of Monsieur Chretien anywhere!?! I realize he's busy keeping the bureaucracry of the nation together but c'mon, make a few public appearances will ya!

I mean it's bad enough he can't speak english or french, show your damn face every once and while. I dunno, head over to the Oscars. If I was P.M I would let the cabinet worry about all the bullshit and I'd be out schmoozin' 24/7. I realize he has a few papers to sign but this is ridiculous.

Seriously, Chretien and the best politicians are masters at laying low when the shit happens. Not many leaders since Trudeau have had the gaul, charisma and sheer panache to lead the country and take on the problems in Canada head on.
