Sure, that is what I thought. Only North America.

But I am sure that people that are also registered are also overseas as well. For example.. xtollo or what about Kumi who was in Japan and is a registered member. My point is that I am sure that you have people that are registered board members that are also overseas. So where are those registered board members going to vote?? There is no option for them even though they are part of this community.
