Where 2 get Dekoze's mixes

so I read some CD reviews for Dekoze's Tribal Tech - Circle and MTOBE CDs. Where can one buy these CDs in Town? Do they sell it at Release Records?

both of these are promotional cd's...not for resale (meaning none of the tracks have been licensed).

therefore, u wont find anyone selling them as its illegal.

i picked up '1994-1999 plastic puppet motive anthems:volumes 3 and 4' at eastern bloc years ago. both mixes are un-fucking-real!
