What happened to Whiskey Saigon?

I walked by there last night, and on top of the whole place being painted black, there were several signs in the window saying: "Joe".

Is this the new name of the club? Did I miss a thread about this?

Seems like a dumb name for a club.

You did miss the thread about the club. (I''m too lazy to find it though) I agree though...it is a stupid name for a club. Heheh.

I hated wiskey saigaon I'm glad they painted over the Ameircan Glorification facade of the builing.

I heard any Joe blow can get in, DG the coffee house remark was a crack for will but judging by his emoticon he didn't like it...\

Apparently is looks much nicer inside. My friend is bartending there and has a pretty cool uniform (they gave her big star jeans and a cool mini baseball tee).

By the sounds of it, its seems like another cheezy cougar hang out.

Drinks are REALLY cheap. You can buy a whole tray of 1/2 pints for 9$- and you get 10 1/2 pints per tray.

Music is top 40s and there is only one dance floor...the rest are loungy areas.

Might be a good place to get smashed.

Cheap cover, cheap drinks, etc. etc.

You gotta wonder.....
