Maybe the board has exceeded it's inane bullshit threshold for the day and you'll just have to wait for tomorrow to prattle on?

My thread was a lot more relevant than 90% of the material on page one.

Maybe if you actually read it, you'd know this.

Here's my advice:

If a stranger offer's you a ride, I say take it.

Just kidding.

Regardless of taking the job, finish what you started. Employers dislike quitters.

do the smart thing:

- drop out
- get a cool job
- work for a while
- lie about having a degree and get a cooler job

then you'll be $10,000's ahead of the game!

Until whomever decides to verify the pack of lies, then you are SOWLL.

so after he's proven his talent at the newer cooler job, you actually think someone is going to go back and verify the education of a stellar employee? nahhhh. they got better things to do with their time.

(this is all assuming you dont suck, will! so DONT SUCK!)

I've never had a potential employer ask me for a transcript or graduation certificate. Your resume will say you went to that school for whatever years that you did, you dont have to tell anyone that you didnt graduate.

...that's a good point.

Anyway, what kind of schooling are you going to quit? How far into are you?

Harris Institute, music production and engineering.

I'm about 6 months from finishing if I finish on time.

Will, from what I know, you'll probably have to do an unpaid internship in this field before finding paid work. I think this is common for that industry.

You might want to think about that, if you're thinking about continuing in that field. If you're not, don't bother finishing it. Unless you're worried about looking like a quitter.
