Webhosting. headache free... is it possible?

So does anyone know where i can get about 10megs free hosting.. prefferably bannerless... and EVEN more prefferably... one where i can upload my site using ftp instead of that webbased shit.

www.neopages.net is great except they need to review your site before they accept it... so it has to be online... i need a temp place to host my site until it can get reviewed.

any ideas?

give it a try.. only downfall is the banner.. i have been using them for like a 1 1/2 years.. banner OR popup.. your choise... they are not that bad though.. you can place the banner on your page whereever you want.. plus they will host your domain name free if you have one registered...
