The data inputer obviously missed entereing the final two zeros of the price. So instead of it being listed at $210,000, it comes up as being listed at $2,100.

    Cheers ... Ian :)

    i dunno, $11/mth. sounds a little steap :p

question: if it was a typo fuck up, and somebody put in the offer for that house, what would happen then?

I don't think it's an auction so if you don't want to sell it you don't have to.

  12. No mention of the Indian Burial Ground that it's most likely built on.

"Actually, the cats own the house. You'd be their tenants."

meh i work with real estate listings every day, you see ridiculous prices like that come up all the time. usually just a typo or a listing for a rental that was put in the wrong section.

I'm a Realtor/Agent! if you advertise the price incorrectly as a mistake then it is considered an offer to sell and the price does not have to be honored if a potential buyer writes an offer at the price. If its done repeatedly, or if there was an intent to deceive (bait and switch or similar) then the sale price is still not enforceable but action could be taken against the agent.
