After 3 weeks + of vomiting, bad moods, not showering, not eating, and generally being a grumpy lil'keebler, I woke up this morning, and for the first time, I FEEL O.K. I actually smiled, and it felt great.

I would like to take the time to share with you my future plans to start changing my life around, I believe I'm ready.

- i'm starting to eat better (starting off with fruits...gradually working towards other vegetables, and non fattening foods - all of which i hate)

- i'm joining the gym with Andre my co-worker, he's pissed at me for getting this low, and he says working out will make me feel better, plus i want to make my ass tight

- my Mom is dieting and exercising, so it gives me an excuse to join her

- cut down BIG time on coffee (it's a horrible, horrible thing)

- I will NOT ignore my friends any longer, and I WILL go outside, and I WILL party more often, and actually socialize with the masses.

- I will smoke more weed

- I found out some news, which will drastically change my life in the upcoming year, all of which is very good, but very frightening.

If all of this works out, I will try to quit cigarettes.

I'm sick of being sick, and I'm sick and tired of being tired all the time.

<-- cheery again

I forgot two important things as well:

- more sex

- quit my job and find a new one

I'm surprising even myself on how nice and easy fulfilling my own resolutions has been... it's like my will power has been stashed away and i accidentally unlocked it....

I never make resolutions, cause I always feel bad if I break em. But I figure if I do my list gradually I'll eventually be able to do it all

i'm slowly *starting* to change my life, and while it *is* scary it also feels empowering. we have so much control over the way we lead our lives; more so then most realize...if we access that ability then there's very little that we cannot accomplish.

voytek: i sez it before, i sez it again: i'm so very proud of you!

keep it up!

what i've been doing is:

-going to the gym for almost 2 hours a day

-eating better and more regular than usual

-spend more time going out with friends on little nights out for a drink or two (as opposed to the 20 drink all night party)

-get more sleep (and keep a more regular schedule)

-just started a new job that i think i shall enjoy

-getting back into some of the things i love doing (ie: promoting). but i will be doing this only for fun this time around. no more trying to accomplish anything spectacular; just self entertainment.

-and i will start to pick up playing basketball again

i'm having no sex really. that part is frustrating at times, but i'm enjoying it a little bit too. i enjoy being single much more than my posts on the board would imply.
