It is funny how U.S will deny any involvment in this issue. Everyone is trying to spy on everyone else, and it's a common knowledge that both US and China spy on each other. Once a country is proven to be spying, though, a diplomatic scandal grows out of it and it is regarded as a HUGE shock. For example Powers' U2 shot over Sverdlovsk.

... well... 8 years ago they couldn't even launch a satellite into orbit. Now they have ICBM's that can go around the world.
