There was an article in the meto today talking about the united scholarship fund which is going to give away 165 million dollars in sholarships to students regardless of their grades or income levels.

and I can't tell if it is legit.
the fact that you have to pay 40 dollars kind of makes me feel it's a sam. But I would love a scholarship especially because I'd never qualify for one at u of T because my marks are to shit.
Any thoughts?
