Trista and Ryan's wedding

I had to watch. Did anyone else? It was absolutely stunning...every last detail was immaculate. (and excessive!)

I couldn't believe the final tab to the network though - $3.78m. $500K on flowers! $60K on linens! $1.25M on jewelry (including bridal shoes, which you couldn't even see!)

The best part is that this wasn't for some stuck up movie star, it was for two normally very ordinary people, who happened to get on TV and happened to find each other there. More power to them.

yeah im really happy for them too,it's nice to see two people who will probably get divorced get a 4million dollar wedding.

I actually had planned on flipping by it, mostly I wanted to see the dress. BUT, wrapping gifts and laundry got the better of me.

i love this shit and i watched the entire thing.

however, it bored me. and what was with charlie and that girl doing colour commentary? so annoying. as were the helicopters.

and i thought her dresses were meh. and the location was waaaaay prettier at sunset than in the dark.

i wish they showed more of the drunk guests at the reception...that woudl have been funny.

I don’t have TV, but since these shows qualify as ‘news’, I’m inundated with updates when I read the newspaper, surf the net or listen to radio.

Everything I heard about this spectacle gives men huge reasons not to get married. Living in sin keeps you on your toes.

I watched a small part of it...I can't believe how well behaved the little boy in the mini-fire engine was...When I was that age, I would have at the very least been imitating the siren!

Good on ya kid!

I thought her vows were elementary and cliche. Sometimes you hear vows that are at least "so simple they're sweet". Hers were almost insulting!

The only part I saw was the weird layering of the sand bit.

At which point my bum said 'faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaart'.

I noticed that just because you throw $4 million at a couple doesn't mean their wedding won't be tacky, tacky, tacky.

*barf*

I liked her dress though. But the whole shindig reeked of Luke and Laura.

$1 million was spent on camouflaged security guards stationed on mountains to keep away uninvited guests away.

holy hell!

I watched this - the helicopters were just weird - it showed what people will do for money. I guess it was a good decision on their part because they didnt have to pay but I would have rathered a personal wedding much more.
I bet the food was awesome.

hahahah, I watched that part too and shut the tv off shortly after.

I happen to hate Trista, she looks like a bitch and I don't even think she is attractive, Ryan is way better looking.

The wedding did look nice but it was completely excessive and ridiculous, good luck to the two of them I hope their marriage lasts longer than the average hollywood ones...

yeah i am sucker for this reality tv head garbage to.

I dunno Trista seems a little fuked up to me, just her reactions.. after ryan said his vows she said "good job" with a big fake grin and then she fuked up her vows when she was suppose to repeat "i will love you foever" i will love you for a long time slipped out.... i dunno..... the whole affair was pretty damn sick could this be the first corprate owned wedding?
I herd they get a house or some shit if they stay married for a certin amount of time.

Yeah it will be intertesting to see if this marrige lasts, and how it all turns out... and are they really happy with it all? some of the relatives in the auidnce looked a little uncomfortable being there and i swore i herd some background voices saying "smile"

well if they get a divorce i hope they air it, that is more closer to reality then anything these days.

and yeah it was one of the most boring weddings i ever saw, home movie videos of people i have never see are more intersting, blah but i wathed the whole fuking thing right to the vows.. then i made my b/f turn it off for me, he threw in a movie callled the decline of western civilization, a documentray about glam rock in the 80's it was fuken funny shit!!!
