Tribe people

It seems as if many of you are friends and hang out with each other and stuff. So my question to you tonight is this, who was the first Tribe peson you met? Where did you meet them? How did you know they were "Tribers"? And do you regularly hang out with people from the board?

Me? I'm sure I've met Tribe people but I'm not sure if they "post". I know I've seen Tribers out and about on the streets and clubs but I'm never 100%. However, that is my question of the night. cheers.

Dave and I started posting at the same time, and we were friends beforehand... I met some people from the hullaboard first, that were also on here... I cant remember who was the first though! *S*

I joined tribe a week before the original tribe party at the frat house (which was insane fun!)

I did not lurk before that nor did i know anyone from the board.
I went to the party and the first triber i met was headwinds (who recognized me from Turbo). Then i met j-Hi. MoFo, taleen, space cadette..and probably some more people...

interestingly enough i became really good friends with the three first tribers i met

yes I'm friends with some of the coolest people ever from here, and i sometimes manage to recruit additional super nice people to join tribe

ALL the time... MOST of the time actually.. even the BF is on tribe, as well as most of our friends! Its just the cool place to be... Even people I meet who I don't know from tribe are on tribe. *Grin*

what I wanted to say was I wouldn't mind meeting some of you but I'm always working on the weekends. I am however at Tonic every Wednesday so next time any of you are there on this day, pass by the booth and say hi.

my first tbk i met was hmmm....if we want to get all technical, not counting who i already knew on the board (vidman) it would be i guess gurlie, then sweetbabu very very briefly. then subsonic chronic, ms. fit, and mal glo.

last weekend i met cri and sarafina
i saw mal glo agian but i didnt say hello cause i didnt want to feel like a geek.

I think so. Were you the person at the door who was having problems? I'm not sure if it was me, what did the person you spoke to in the booth look like?

The Bay Street Massive was the first people that I met

Libradragon, Klubmasta Will, Fleaflo, Half Man Half Amazing, Creme, Beej, Cheeka (Jess, not the cheeka off the board) and a few others.

Later on I met Suke, Dino Sour, Jman and a whole lot of others. Had a great time with all of them.

I knew D-Monic from high school. Took him to his first rave (lol)

technically the first "tribe person" I met from Tribe was Jon (Funk Docta) although I didn't know he was tribe at the time, the first tribe person that I was aware of was E-Riot in 2000.
She was in my residence and we got to know eachother better because she walked passed my room and saw flyers on my wall and freaked out because there was another partier in the catholic dorm we lived in

deffinitely memorable.
