Tribe Cottage party. Summer edition.

I was thinking about having a little gathering at my cottage this summer. My friends around here JUST don't know how to party unfortunately.

So my question is: Is Bon Echo park too far to consider? I was thinking 20-25 people, some fun in the sun, party all night long, good tunes, good people, lotsa drinkin'.

You have to admit, drinkin' on the dock is the best it can get.

Well, I'll keep tabs (take emails etc) and when that sun starts shinin' and the lapping water starts whispering 'party,' we're good to go.

(I don't know why I torture myself like this in the pit of winter..)

I'd go. I'll bring entertainment in the form of a combination of records and dj skills.

I'll bring my rock climbing gear, too, for anyone who is daring enough for the challenge.

I have some great memories of lake mazinaw, i'd love to party up there.

Quantum--->What do you spin? (I like it all)

I climb too! Haven't been daring enough to hit up Mazinaw though.

There's always a way if something's wanted bad enough. I'm sure we could all make a 3 hour drive..Collingwood isn't exactly THAT close when you think about it.

I spin random african elephant noises.

Most of the bass from larger males in the herd. I also experiment with harmonics from several young elephants.

bon echo park has pretty strict enforcement of noise rules in my recolection, don't you *have* to be quiet after 11 or something?

I can contribute equipment (tables, mixer) and some half-assed DJ skills

But I can make up for it with lots of pot to go around ... and I can take a couple of people as well.

I'm down - getting out of the city in the summer is great...especially up north to cottage country.
I have my own climbing gear (no ropes however), so I'm down on that count too!
