I don't know if this is the same track....but it could be Puretone - Addicted to Bass......I have the Hyper & Rhymes mix....so I don't think it has the "I'm picking out the problem" lyrics.....but the "I'm Totally Addicted to Bass" part is definately repeated over...

The Hyper & Rhymes is a breaks remix, so that could be the one he played.
