from hiring the dude who produced the Lofters to oversee their news programming (huh?), to their otherworldly bad morning show, fucking up commercials during sporting events so that we miss crucial plays coming back, and tonite, after their much ballyhooed promoting of airing Goodfellas, a 13 year old movie, I see that they've cut the thing to ribbons. Yeah, watching Goodfellas without the fucks, that's entertaining.

This station is a deathless piece of shit. To quote my Dad when we flipped by it - "Does that station ever have anything good on?"

My friend really likes watching Fraterny Life, Sorority life?? and the real world.

I tried watch the real world once but i think it's dumb.

I like watching the Sharon Osbourne show as that's the only channel that has it.

Every time I see that morning show with the bright white and blue backgrounds, I can hear my retinaes sizzling. Chirst, if I want to look at something bright first thing in the morning, I'll stare at the sun through a telescope.

Are we really that bad at coming up with concepts for shows?

I mean, wtf is with CBC as well?

Are we that lacking in creative and edgy talent?

I can only think of one show that was any good: Kids in the Hall. And the old Degrassi's.

Other than that, between the Big Comfy Couch and those really lame CBC comedy shows, we have nothing.

When did you see it?
I saw her have special hosts around xmas and my thinking was bc she was on holidays.

I was lucky (theres no sarcasm emoticon ive noticed) enough to go to a filming of the toronto one evening talk show, whatever the fuck its called.

some friends and i went to see a band that was performing..i had no idea what i was in for though.

you know what the only thing worse than hearing a shitty standup routine is? hearing a shitty standup routine twice because they fucked something up technically.

but there was (literally) pop and chips for the kids, so that was nice.

I can always ask my brother. He's the "roving reporter" for the morning show on Toronto 1.

Did toronto1 actually do any research to see how long it took citytv to become a credible station? I doubt it,because citytv was horrible its first little while,besides TNM,Toronto Rocks and movies it was crap. Yet toronto1 comes in and thinks its gonna take over just like *snap* that,dumb and sad.
