I don't have the stupids myself, but man, this has been a bad week at work for that. One call after another, people are as dumb as a bag of hammers.
case in point:
Last night I had a customer call for assistance in setting up a new computer. So, for 15 min we go through the steps to get his 'net connection working on his computer. Everything goes flawlessly. Once finished, I ask him (the dangerous question) "Is there anything else I could help with?", to which he responds "Yeah... that
wasn't the computer I wanted to set the service up on" (emphasis mine).
uhhh... WHAT?!
It's been like that all week long... one moron after another.
