    I'm curious what you cats all do during the week in regards to exercise. Are you in any leagues, do you rock the gym, do you vigorously run on the spot. What up.

    I bike to work M-F, play Sunday morning indoor soccer (pickup) at York Glendon and occasionally play tennis with my nephew when he feels like getting schooled by the ATP number 1.

    Monday to Friday everyday: 30 minutes weight lifting and stretching before lunch (Love working on top of a gym)
    Inline skate for 30 to 60 minutes, 2 to 3 evenings a week
    Dancing whenever I can on weekends
    Take stairs instead of elevator to 5th floor
    Lots more stretching throughout everyday

    Indoor soccer, dodgeball, push-ups and crunches, dumbbells, biking, yoga.

    Schedule changes with the seasons and whatever I have going on that week.

    weights 3 to 5 times a week depending on the meso-cycle i'm on
    outdoor running (most trails) 3 to 5 times a week
    cylce to the gym & for running minor errands around the city
    yoga 2 to 3 times a week

    Lifting weights 4-5 times a week
    cardio twice a week
    climbing gym once every few weeks

    I have a physical job that I spend 11hrs/day at in addition to commuting to and fro by bike. Seems to be all the exercise I need.

    No it's not all you need. Your not getting enough cardio I think. You need to exercise the heart and biking doesn't cut it usually. Because of the gliding time on a bike and making stops you don't keep the heart rate up high enough.

    What about stretching? Are you doing any of that? It's important.

    I probably don't get much cardio except when I go for a real bike ride on the weekend but with long days and then coming home to make dinner I don't really have time for any more exercise!

    Ohlala you are all so vigorous - good for you
    I practice yoga at least once a week
    Swim at least once a week
    Do a fairly intensive cross-training class once a week
    Walk a lot all the time and dance a lot on week-ends
    And I'm content with that
    I used to work out more frequently and vigorously, and also injure myself a lot more, so this works.

    I ride 20-30 km a day on Betty Jo.

    I climb a ladder for a living plus walk my dog 2 hrs a day( 30 mins 4x a day) I melt into my recliner when my day it's finally over.

    6am squash three times a week, then once on the weekend during mid morning.

    and every other day swim a kilometre before breakfast.

    really want to start lifting.

    soccer once/week
    i walk a lot

    i have a gym membership but don't use it. i could get motivated for another sport once/week but can't get motivated for the gym. working out without there being a winner and a loser seems boring.

    Pose down every hour on the hour.

    weight traineing 4 times a week
    spinning classes 3 times a week
    ride to and from work everyday
    sat and sun 60-100 k rides
    plus walk do 3 times a day.

    Farmer x 7 days a week.

    Do you really do 200 burpees a day? Those are killer! (The last part I won't question ;) ).

    Basketball 2x a week

    Looking to start yoga to increase flexibility etc.

    when im being good.

    Ping Pong 15 -30 mins 5 days a week.

    go for a walk with the wife for 15 - 30 mins at night 5-7 nights a week.

    Excersize Bike 3 X a week @ 30 mins.

    need to start doing more calisthenics.
