I think it has got to do with ice crystals. sometimes the sun has it too, but you need to be wearing sun glasses to see it.

The 1" circle you see, does not make you psychic (sorry) however, I would say somewhat enlightened. I have a hard time explaining to people the things I see everywhere, and they all think I'm nuts and my imagination is going crazy. I just say, I'm open minded.

I know what I see, and there is a face in that rock.
