The old E!SPACE revisited

I happened to drive by the place (28gunns road) the other day. I sometimes like to drive by it on my way south downtown and try to remember 1997.

I tried the doors which are usually locked and forwhatever reason they weren't this time. SooOooO I grabbed my digi from the car and went in. I took a few pictures from the inside of a time that once was... about 19 in total.

the hallowEen party w/palladin was fucking intense....


his get-up is fucking unreal... and now it's 5.0 !!!!!!!! LOL.

I'd like to keep those memories of GUNNS road deep within my subconscious. That was a crazy venue! the Ol' slaughter rooms where the 'dancefloor' sloped down in the middle for the animal blood to drain. I thank GOD that we now have parties in legal venues ...especially when I think of this particular space!!

That's odd. I thought 97 was the beginning of the end for parties.

I used to love that space. The floors were great for dancing. I remember watching Dean and Len spin for hours there.

I think it was wicked til about 99. I started partying long before 97(about 12 years ago). But I lost my father to Cancer in 96, so 96 and up was all about pretty hard partying for me. It's not the best way to deal with things, but that's how I did at the time. No regrets. Great times!!

No, I just was an empty room. the only history that remains was left written on the walls and in our minds.

I recently found this old video I made. Its pretty cheesy. The audio is terrible but that's nothing a couple of subtitles coudn't fix. I walked around and asked people what their fondest memory of E! was. If you can remember? it was that time when badboy bill spun there. I'm just in the process of getting it all encoded for the net.

Some of my fondest memories are:

*the dirty washrooms with the benches...all the action was in the washroom! I met so many people that I partied with for years later in that washroom.
*yellow jackets
*black licorice mdma
*Hanging out with my ex Trevor(isoprax) hehehe
