I saw this preview the other day- and im intrigued!

It seems like this is what the out come of pitch black 2 is. I really enjoyed Pitch Black. I thought it was a refreshing take on the 'Alien' movie- and Vin Desiels Character was pretty amusing and well acted I thought.

This movie seems to be taking on a slight 'Dune' feel...

I love how the daughter jumps up instantly after snacking on dad.

And the director who did this, apparently fought tooth and nail to keep an R rating on the film (he walked off of S.W.A.T. when they told him to keep the film within a PG-13 rating).

Saw the trailer in theaters the other night (twice now actually)
Looked WICKED when it goes all white and then the hands are pressing against the screen as though they're gonna bust through.

We'll see if it lives up to the George Romero films of days gone by.
Looks promising for sure though. I like Sarah Polley as well. She's a good Canadian actress.
