Hi.

Ok, I've gotten some responses to the wacky idea.

So I put together a list of ideas on a colorful web page, based on the posts here at tribe.

Take a look, let me know what you think, and consider getting involved. Ultimately, getting this to happen depends on there being enough people who are interested.

unfortunately you are a newbie, and not "teabeekay" so no one looks interested enough to post in yoru thread.

one thing though..do you think the time frame is going to be enough for some??

i just know that if i were to submit something i'd liek ti to be as polished as possible, and 2 months may be enough for some, but im a perfectionist and i have a life dammit (yes believe it or not i actually leave my computer room from time to time).

but anyways, i digress...the students will be entering finals in april and may not have enough time ot tweak or finish their musical projects.

perhaps it should be extended for the release date in june, and the due date in may?

He may not be TeeBeeKay.. but he does have a good idea on the go. I was interested in this a while ago.. all I suggested is we all work on a song together.. not a whole CD.. lol... so anyways.. I agree that April 1st is a little too early though.. I've got a couple tracks on the go.. and to get mah shit mastered may take a while.. I dont' know if the time is just a little too soon or what.
anyway.. anyone else give us your input

I am a newbie, yes. I'm not sure if that can be considered unfortunate. Actually, there are no questions in my post.

Most people who responded say they have finished material standing by. Of course, I only suggested a deadline! It could just as easily be in 6 months.

Ok, let's change it to May and June?

I've got a neighbour that plays a mean banjo. He just go back from a trailerpark tour of southern Georga and Alabama I could always call him out if talent is needed :p
