yah, I'm curious as well...

there is a lot of potential for humour, but spin offs are often worse than the origional.

not allways however...I'm interested to see what this show has to offer.

to YOU being the operative words...lol.

never a big graffiti writer I see...

the first letter, is a T, which I guess could sort of look like a J...the last part is a stylized star, which is very indicative of north american graffiti styles...and can be differentiated from the actual A because it's totally different.

either way, it says tack...but then again, fine art says something different to everyone

When I saw the preview for That 70's Show I thought it was gonna be dumb.

I was wrong.

Looking at That 80's Show I can't help but feel the same way.

Will it be good?

i think its smart that they are doing the 80's show
since the 70's have to end eventually

and wasnt it 4 years ago that that 70's show started? in the showw it was 1976.
sure they coudl have continued into the 80's with the same characters, but it would have gotten tired.

i think if anything, that 80's show will be even better than that 70's show.
hooray! i cant wait for tommorow!

there will most definitely be some yayo on That 80's Show.
heck, its even in the previews.

i am really pumped for tonight. i think its gonna be funny. or else its gonna be so bad that its funny.

i am just hoping that this bunch of actors are as incapable of keeping a straight face as the 70's crew.
thats the best part -- they are all such BAD actors!

I've seen the pilot for this show... it's alright. Pretty bad acting, pretty bad jokes (not all that funny as stand-alone jokes) BUT it was entertaining!

I think that anyone who can remember growing up in the 80s will get a laugh out of it. (throughout the whole show, you'll be remembering a lot of your past, which styles/ attitudes were funny)
My biggest complaint: they try too hard to use every '80s cliche' in the first show.

do ya think the show will eventually reach the year the Simpsons first came on the air on Tracy Ullmen?

Sorry, the 80s is something I think.. most people would like to just forget. It was one of the lamest decades IMO

instead of sitting around, acting laid back and smoking pot (like that 70s show), what will they do, run around acting hyperactive listening to cindy loper and snorting coke?!

Jay! It's been so long since I've seen you post on Tribe! We miss ya!

Anyway, I'm looking forward to watching this so I can see how Timo must've behaved during his teenaged years

Although I lived through the 80s too, I was only 12 when the 90s rolled in. My greatest memories include getting my first Whitney Houston record (yes, record), wearing my first pair of 'jellies', and getting my first Cabbage Patch Kid (back when they kept them in locked glass cabinets at Toys R Us).

Am I the only one who thinks that it's too EARLY for an 80's show?
I'm not THAT old!
