Yeah, taro is probably my favourite root to make chips from, they fry so well and don't discolour too much. Wonderful smooth taste, as well, and a great crunch.

But if it is what I think it is, I'm allergic to it..

Oh right. Got it confused with another root. The crap you put with bak cheet gai (white chicken).

I hate that shit. Wu tao go gives me a headache. Even the dim sum and homemade kind.

And it's all nasty and sweet like sweet potato (I HATE sweet potato).
