Stupidity as a mental illness.

This is the way I shall treat it from now on, or at least I'll try.

The worst is someone who, for whatever reason (hey, maybe they are paid to be like that), pretends to be stupid. Nothing pisses me off worse than that. Nothing.

However, that should be considered an even WORSE mental illness than prima facie pure stupidity. Also, to be sure, one must be careful what they pretend to be, for they become their lies.

I like when mentally ill people challenge me to a sort of "battle of wits"... it's a shame, really, when they don't know me, and they don't understand that I place 8,000 layers on top of their simplistic plan.

Odd, my memory of things written... the further back I wrote something--or read something for that matter--the more solidified it becomes in my mind. This doesn't mean I have a photographic memory, by any means, but I have a memory for configurations.... complex, complex configurations are gelled, then cast in cement.

Yes it is too bad.

I wonder, have you ever made fun of someone for not being able to draw as well as you?

my one brother is an incredibly intelligent individual and reads quite a bit; for years, however, i didn't think he was very smrt. dave's a joker. he doesn't take life very seriously. he'd rather come across as a clown and make people laugh rather than be a pretentious twat.

the same could be true of the individuals you're mocking. you don't know them either.

Well, then, they have a bigger mental illness than I thought. If they know I am mocking them for pretending to be stupid, yet they continue to pretend to be stupid, then they have some pretty strong problems.

There is a limit to how long I continue to pretend to not know that someone is pretending, ya understand? At that point, I no longer consider it a mental illness on their part, and they deserve all my wrathful mocking.

Get help, people.

Most people put one or two, maybe three layers of complexity on top of their shit. I put 8,000.

So, yes, I have a problem. I have a problem of making simple morons into complex morons, when I should just leave them alone... oh, sure, but what good does that do?

HEY! I am superior as well and generally agree that stupidity is a disease amongst the populace at large. I do not need help. ;)

Timo, you're smart. Yes, there are lots of seemingly stupid people. Let's stop beating this dead horse please!

I did.

Someone else started beating it again... don't believe me? Read the thread from the get-go once more.

Sometimes men come by the name of genius in the same way that certain insects come by the name of centipede - not because they have a hundred feet, but because most people can't count above fourteen.
