Well it has been damn near 9 years since I stopped by to say hi. Steven Seagal was in my office yesterday. Not saying he isn't a sex abuser but he has lost a fair bit of weight since the last time I saw him (about a year ago) and was looking pretty good. That said WOW the two ladies that were with him and the bevy of armed guards.
