I agree with Deep.
The hardest thing to do is to take yourself out of the equation; especially when things start to get heated.
IMHO most people feel threatened and/or rejected someone doesn't agree with them; which is wrong.
Learning to communicate effectively and express one's self can one of the hardest of life's lessons to learn...
