actually, my reasoning for that is...
true... LOL, but how much playoff experience does Vernon have as opposed to many of the other netminders who should or could be considered ?
that was my point. I think he'd work well with the group of guys in front of him and he's pretty relaxed in net. Plus... he was one of my favorite goalies back in his prime.

Bester was the worst for letting shots go through his pads. Do you remember the one that got through and it was shot from center ice ? LOL. what a twit.

I think we should all just sit back,smoke a big joint and chill the fuck out....It the first game since Cujo got hurt,lets give him a couple..I love Leaf fan's.They are so quick to sell off the team..
If thing's keep going bad the next few games I think we should try to get Felix the Cat back..I know he has not set the world on fire but he has been solid and he has a history of playing good right after a trade.Plus he is still pretty well liked in this city so I think he would do well in the short term...
Now we just gotta get L.A to see it that way

what ? I've been tru-blue since day one. I just happen to know that Schwab is not going to be able to do what the fans want... WIN.
I love those guys, but we need to deepen our netminder situation. These kids won't do it. Experience is a must at this point of the year.. vernon or irbe would be good still. Felix... nah. Might as well go for Tugnutt.
