Mircrosoft VISIO.

I used it a couple of times. It was very easy to use and had about a million different icons and clip art.

I pretty much use Visio for all my diagramming needs...flowcharts, network diagrams - logical and physical.

If you find visio to be a bit too much overkill, or if you'd rather use an open-source tool, check out dia.

It behaves in many ways similar to Visio, and it's totally free, and more light-weight than visio.

well thats what i've used since they killed that little flowchart section in powerpoint.
