So i have been noticing that i spend a lot of time on tribe - it is addictive.

How much time a day would you say you are on here either lurking around or posting...

let's see in the morning when i come on my puter and read thenews , check email and check tribe - few other message bords i go to as well, not as much as here.

lets see right now it is 11:30pm sunday night and i am fried out of my brian - could go and watch tv, hmmm but this seems a little more entertaining...

yeah, strange and shit just a year or so ago, when i herd the word tribe, i kinda brushed it off - thinking the word cheese.

Well i got the munchies now, think i will go eat and then maybe come back here and see if there is any posts

On average, my peak hours are 11 pm - 4 am.
So that's about 5 hours a night for about 4 nights. So 20 hours, I guess?

But I multi-task. Right now I'm chatting on MSN, writing a paper, downloading albums, downloading porn and posting on numerous message boards. I should hit 33K by spring.

I care not to realllly think about it, I know it's alot. Mostly during my week-work day though. I don't post TOO MUCH from home. :)

Tribe > work

therefore

time on tribe > time spent working = lucky to still have a job.

The key is to set low standards for yourself so your boss doesn't expect much from you.

I'm here from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday and I take an hour for lunch. You can probably do the math on that one.

so lets be honest

one of the main reasons why i was turned off by tribe in the first place was because of all the young girls that are on the cover of the magazine... i mean i would always pick up an issuse - but i was turned off of tribe by the marketing.

So what is the deal with there always being a young hot girl on the cover? IS it a marketing tactic - for what age group, target market?

what do you mean by young?

I dont' know for sure, but there's a good chance these girls are in their 20's early-mid-late..... I often mistook girls for being much yonger than they actually were, untill I met someone who was my age that I had originally thought had to be at least 4-5 years younger.

Anyway, point is, looks can be decieving. :)

that said, I probably spend waaay more time on Tribe than my company allows
