it's dark humor that was funny, but not everyone's cup of tea. It might be too witty for a lot of people.

I fucking loved it. However, when I went literally ten percent of the audience was laughing uproariously while the other ninety percent sat in a near catatonic daze.

BBB.

Be warned.

the commercials don't do the movie justice i think

i haven't seen it, but from what i've read about it in interviews with robin williams, it should be alot of fun

i plan on seeing it

Not nearly enough Robbin Williams. He's a supporting actor not the lead, the commercials make him out to be the focus of the movie.

I found some parts very funny, good dark humour and wit (some that clearly went over the heads of many) .... other parts were rather weak (mostly when Robbin Williams was nowhere to be seen).

Overall I enjoyed it and thought it was pretty good.

i liked it a lot.:) but maybe that's because i was an extra for it, (even though maple leaf gardens was filled with a thousand people for four days, you only end up seeing ten of them or so on camera,) and actually *watching* the film was the first time it all made sense.

imagine sitting there, thinking you're a part of a children's movie, as rhinocerous' skate before you with swastika flags and pitchforks.

fucking confusing when it's out of context.

I had it on my ten best list from last year.

Roger Ebert had it as the WORST film of last year.

:shrugs:

BBB.

I liked it a lot.

"Ahh! My balls, my balls are on fire!"

I'm not sure why...but that line made me spit out my popcorn when I heard it.

This movie is so good.

Loved it, buying the DVD.

Amusing, but not sure why critics disliked it so much. Sure Danny Devito's direction was kind of weak, but it wasn't that bad.

Then again, I'm even less sure why they're charging $32.00 for the DVD, with all the lousy reviews.

Great movie! Definately the most underrated films of 2002. The fundraising special appearance scene was the best. Plus, a psycho Robin Williams is truly a feast.

Agreed, the direction could have been a bit better. But overall I still liked it quite a bit.
