well, unfortunately not more people were out to enjoy slackers set, which featured some brilliant tunes...definitely dancing music & flawless programming, including some well known hits (sorry i don't really know a lot of the tunes played, but some great stuff)...managed to snag two mix discs from slacker, imprint & imprint "coming up for air"...there were worth the price of admission alone & imprint which i've listened to driving around the city today is really tight...

lots of great people out to share the evening...smackers, tara & simon, brian, linzee, & so many other smiling faces which make these nights so much fun...

so for leaving my plans til 1am the night turned out to be ok...

Had a blast last night.

Definitely suprised to see how empty it was when we first got there, but it filled up nicely as the night went on.

This man definitely deserves more respect than he gets. Has to be one of the most underrated DJ's out there. Once again he rocked System. I have yet to be disappointed by a Slacker set.

Lots of fun was had by all. Good to see all the familiar faces last night. Big thanks to those who came out for Michelle's bday. She had a great time.

slackerase is the name of the mix not imprint as i mentioned above...it would be candidate for my mix of the year, but it's only about 20minutes long...when i find a tracklisting i'll get it posted, but it is so solid...fun night indeed...!!!

I had such a great time Friday. It was pretty empty at first (I guess people were saving themselves for Ultraspin the next night) but sometimes I like it better that way.

Anyway, great set from deko-ze (I couldn't stop dancing), the breaks room was fun as always and what I did hear from Slacker was awesome. I was too busy moving from room to room, checking to see if my roommate and his friends were having a good time (all System virgins) so I didn't enjoy the music as much as I would have liked.

Nice to run into so many good people who tolerate my short-term memory loss.
