Setting D/L limits on a home network

Is there a way I can set download limits for specific computers on my home network?

eg. Comp1-5GB/month, Comp2-3GB/month, Comp3-unlimited

I am using a dlink router but have only been able to find settings for setting D/L speed limits, time limits, and throttling.

You'll have to look into an alternative firmware for your router like dd-wrt or tomato coz it looks like your current firmware doesn't have the feature you're looking for. Check out the tomato site and see if that fits your needs. If not, scroll to the bottom of the page, it has links to other firmware sites.
