Seinfeld DVDs?

Ok, so its my dad's birthday, and just about the only thing he likes in the world, outside of work, is Seinfeld.
It would be the best birtday gift if I could get him old episodes on DVD.
So my question is: Do they exist (even blackmarket-like)?
