I had some a couple of years ago. They lasted quite a long time, a little too long if you ask me.

I don't remember being able to clean the micro-aquarium that came with them, and it seems to me they got quite 'stanky'.

Also, when they grow up a bit they get really ugly. The biggest I had were about 1 1/2cm long, and looked like gross swimming bugs.

I prefer bettas. Much more attractive, and virtually indestructable!
