i made a tuna sandwich for lunch...last thursday. it spent thursday night in my fridge and then travelled to work with me friday morning. since then it has resided, tightly wrapped in the fridge here at my office. i didn't mean to abandon it but went out to lunch on friday and had a meeting where lunch was served yesterday. 
so the question is, will it be safe to eat today? it has mayo, sub sauce, cheese and mustard on it if i any difference....
