i am posting this for a friend of a friend. i've never met the guy, but can tell you he's a dance student at ryerson, nice guy apparently.

2 bedroom to share @ St Clair and Avenue Rd. Access to Subway, bus and st car. $485+ for large bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony. Apt has A/c, parking, storage, dish washer, laundry in building, 2 balconies.

Do not need last months rent, but first months as a registered cheque.

I am responsible, clean, quiet and considerate and expect the same.
