Know anyone (cool & responsible) looking for a place? The 2nd bedroom in my Cabbagetown apartment is currently vacant, & I need a roomie. This 'funky' pad is totally furnished & stocked, so I'm looking for someone who only has enough to fill their bedroom. Me: F, 30, non-smoker. Rent is $450 + 1/2 of utilities Anyone allergic to cats need not apply.

The room would be too small for a couple. It's been done before, but it really makes things tight around the place.

I'll take it for the remainder of april for $400 plus 1/2util. My contract ends in early May, but i wouldnt mind getting out of my house while im working, plus kill the commute!!

it'll be like my dorm room only for work :D
