Room For Rent: College & Montrose

Heya's,

Have a room available for Feb 1st in our house on Montrose, just up from College (between bathurst and ossington)

Its the 2nd and third (loft space) floor of a nice house with the kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the loft as the cozy general area.

From the kitchen is an entrance to an elevated deck with the BBQ, with more steps from there leading to the smaller loft level deck as well.

The Room available is $550 plus $50 utilities and a parking spot available in the back for a bit extra I believe.

I've got a Satellite setup in the place with basically every channel possible, no extra charge...PS2....Dreamcast... And of course you can tap into our ADSL 'Net Connection.

not even 10 min.. 5 min just up our street brings you to christie station -- its how i got to work for the past 5 months.. or the college streetcar stops like 7 houses down from us...
