Every store I go to even the ones in the middle of nowhere all have those "1159 prizes claimed at this store" signs. What a cup of shit.
Its the perfect guise to make timmys look very gracious in thanking all the patrons but ever notice that they never say how many of the big prizes they ever give away... I would venture a guess and say that > 50% of the big prizes are ever claimed.
A lot of cups go unused and a bunch are thrown in the garbage by old geriatrics that don't bother rolling up the rim cause of their arthritris.
But the UWO campus always seems to have alot of winning cups
When I was there the dean of medicine won a tv... where is the justice in that!

Appearently this contest has the highest "user" rate 40% of the cups are actually "rolled-up" compared to other programs that only get 10-15%.

i actually reached into the cans/bottles section of a garbage bin on yonge street to retrieve and roll up a coffee cup that my g/f had unwittingly tossed without checking. i was invited to play again.
i *never* forget to roll up the rim.
Hahaha, the other day, I was getting a box of timbits and an med. coffee, and one of the employees goes to the guy taking my order and says "I'm taking a muffin" so she punches in "Prize Claim" or whatever on the register, then hit's the muffin button, and takes a muffin.
The perks of working at Tim Hortons.

I'm 4:7 for the amount of times i break down and have Timmy Ho's (over Second Cup when they don't have cinnamon hazelnut)

it's all about luck...ive never won,but then I took my friend's and I won a cookie,but he bought the damn thing which only made me think that I was just unlucky when I roll(up the rim to win)
besides,I don't get them anymore because our streets and sidewalks,parks and creeks,houses and rooms are starting to look one of their restaurants!
