Heart attack at 51 and this definitely makes me wanna take better care of my health with eating better and starting exercise more regularly. I have to start eating more food with anti-oxidants. I'm putting dark chocolate and red wine back into my daily intake.
Is there any speculation on any foul play such as a mafia hit in Italy by a true and "real" crime boss maybe obsessed with the show a little too much?

My reaction too - a little bit of a surprise I just assumed he was 10 years older.
51 doesn't really feel as far away than it did even a year or two back!

or..you know...you could simply avoid being gigantically obese and having a booze and coke problem that sends you to rehab.
I demand to know why they were removed in the first place. Those are staples of life for me.

Seriously, what's so far-fetched or out of left field about this? Look what happened to David Carradine.
First of all, I'm not a fat guy at all with a weight issue. On the contrary, I'm a super skinny guy that can't seem to gain weight because of my fast metabolism.
Dark chocolate and red wine were the "dark side" to me and I used to over indulge on these goodies. I was always bad with being disciplined when it came to eating amazing treats and alcohol. Anyway, I just want to try doing things in moderation and therefore want to bring back these two good things back into my life since they are good for you. If done in moderation.
First off - this is some sad shit. I doubt there's anyone out there who knows of his work (obviously the Sopranos but he was great in almost everything he was in) and is not saddened by this.
This needs to serve as a wake-up call to everyone out there who eat too much of the wrong foods, like their drugs/booze and don't take care of themselves. You know who you are.
It's pretty obvious what can happen to you and James is unfortunately now a (growing) statistic.
