Somebody at the office said the movie was titled "Infected"... but googling has yeilded no results confirming this.

    The search goes on...

it's definitely American Werewolf in London... a dream sequence...

the mother being shot up in the kitchen is the best part of that movie, tho... i wish they'd have shown that one...

I'll take your words for it... my co-worker is convinced it is called "Infested" (not "infected", actually), starring Zack Galligan, also on Gremlins.

    Where are the werewolves? :)

But reading a synopsis of "Infested" makes me think he's wrong now... "Infested" was apparently made in 2002. That film (RIAA clip) doesn't look like its anywhere near 2002.

That scene scared me way more than the werewolf.

OMG I think that clip is a little extreme!

  18. nah, they capture the RIAA stormtrooper looks so well.

And it's a nice rip from American Werewolf In London. One hell of a unexpected and scary fucking scene.

Hahah... my co-worker finally cracked. He's been googling for the last 2 hours or so trying to determine that you were all wrong, but is now shameful hanging his head in defeat.

Figures... he's only a network admin anyways. :p

it was a dream sequence... one of three... well... four.. there was a dream in a dream sequence, too...

John Landis (the director who also did MJ's THRILLER short-form video) wanted to do a spoof of the old Dr Pepper commercials... David Naughton (sp?) was the dude that got his throat cut in that scene (and the main character in the movie) ... and he was also the "be a pepper .. drink dr. pepper" dude form the late 70s... and yes, he actually sang... he was pretty popular b-c of it... (actually had a successful album, too)... but Dr Pepper refused to cooperate so they had to ixnay that idea...
