Does anyone know of some really cool real estate agents? (By cool I mean either a top producer/seller, or they have a quirky/fun personality)

my real estate agent is hilarious. flamingly gay and definately outrageous.

he is also a top seller.

commercial agents generally make more cash - especially the ones that deal in shopping centres, apartment buildings and industrial properties - but this is not always true.

brad lam - toronto's self-appointed 'condo king' - is a character. he is very tall, very bold and very bald. he puts himself on billboards, he owns temple niteclub and he has a reputation for casually inserting his salary into drunken conversations. (nice guy, though.)

Yeah I am. I'm looking in GTA and even surrounding area. I went out all the way to pass Oshawa for one. Really if you have leads in Montreal too, that would work...
